PAYMENTS

We accept all card payments via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

 

DELIVERY

We are pleased to offer free worldwide delivery on all orders to all major countries, so the price you see is the price you pay, no matter where in the world you live.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Digital products will be delivered 0 to 30 minutes after an order is placed. The average arrival time for physical product is 3 to 15 working days. An order can, however, take anywhere between 7-29 working days, but is mainly dependent on your location.

Please allow an extra 10 days during the busy Christmas period. We appreciate your patience.

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER TAKES LONGER THAN 30 WORKING DAYS?

If your order takes longer than 30 days to arrive during the non-peak season, please contact us and we will resolve the issue for you. 

 

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your item for any reason at all, please return the item to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund you the full cost of the item.

Note: Digital products are Non-refundable.

We work directly with Vendors and Suppliers to bring their quality work years of pain and research to you.

We don't rebrand their products to create a price premium, instead, we pass these savings onto our customers to ensure our products are always competitively priced and available to many.

 

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS NOT IN THE CONDITION AS DESCRIBED?

If your item has been damaged in transit then we kindly ask you to contact us and we will resolve the issue for you.

 

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes, we operate globally and ship worldwide to all major destinations.

 

HOW DO YOU SELECT YOUR PRODUCTS?

We have an in-house product selection team who work round the clock to maintain our diverse, yet defined range of Ideas that we feel are at the forefront of our client's tomorrow. 

 

ARE BATTERIES INCLUDED IN EVERY ITEM?

We will inform you if an item requires batteries and whether or not they are connected.

 

SECURITY

We process all card payments through a third party payment system called Stripe and therefore do not see or hold any of your payment information.

The only information we receive is your name, delivery address, and email.
